- At this time, this site is mostly for AA Charlottesville - there is much information about AA on the web - a web search for Alcoholics Anonymous will pull up plenty of information. Official and very helpful AA brochures and texts can be found on the web site of Alcoholics Anonymous, World Services Office.

- If you would like to attend a meeting for professional or personal reasons - make sure that you attend an "open" meeting: look for OD, Ostep, Otrad etc. on the meeting list and avoid the "closed" meetings: CD, Cstep, Ctrad, CBB. Closed meetings are open to anyone "with a desire to stop drinking".
