L'Alliance Française de Charlottesville is a non-profit cultural and educational organization created to encourage and further the knowledge of France, its culture and its language. Through personal contacts between francophone people and francophiles around the world, and through a variety of activities, it establishes a cultural dialogue in a pleasant and friendly environment.

L'Alliance Française de Charlottesville is a chapter of the Federation of Alliances Françaises, USA.
