Assistant Coach:
Teri Stipe

Even though Teri is coaching the Crozet Gators for the first time this year, she brings a great deal of coaching experience with her.  She has been a swimmer with both summer and winter teams since the age of 9 and has been coaching since 1998, starting with the Chancellor Swim Club in Fredricksburg, Virginia. The summer of 2005 she served as head coach for the Fox Point Fintastics Swim Team in Spotsylvania and in 2007 she was head coach of the JSL Elk’s Lodge Swim Team. Teri obtained a Masters in Music at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia and is presently a music teacher at Burnley-Moran Elementary School in Charlottesville. She resides in Crozet with her husband, Dave, who recently started his own recording studio and her beloved mixed daschund, Fenway, (named after their favorite baseball team’s field). Terri’s hobbies are music, music and music.  When she is not teaching music, she is helping her husband with his recording studio, or singing with the Virginia Consort, a local choir in Charlottesville. Her favorite getaway spot is the beach, especially the Outer Banks, where she chose to take her marriage vows in the sand.
