National Organizations

International Association for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome  (IACFS), is an organization of scientists, physicians  and health professionals that promotes research and patient care, publishes a journal, and conducts scientific conferences.

CFIDS Association of America leads national efforts in education, awareness, public policy and research.  It offers many publications for the patient, medical and research communities.

National CFIDS Foundation, Inc. was founded by CFIDS activists.  The goals of the Foundation are to fund research, expedite treatments, and inform patients through their website and newsletter.

National Fibromyalgia Partnership, Inc. (NFP) offers high quality, medically accurate, educational materials and a quarterly journal.  Noted FM researcher Daniel Clauw, MD is on the advisory board. 

Fibromyalgia Network provides educational materials to medical practitioners and patients, and publishes a quarterly newsletter which includes topics such as therapies, coping, research news, disability, and advocacy.
