FOCUS is a community of women helping women by volunteering their time and/or financial resources. These generous gifts make it possible for FOCUS to provide services regardless of ability to pay.

The FOCUS Flea
The Focus
Women's Resource Center FLEA is now open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We offer clothing, NEW MERCHANDISE JUST IN FROM J. JILL, miscellaneous household items and gently used clothing. This is a great opportunity to purchase new clothing and accessories, shoes, and boots from J.Jill for yourself, or for holiday gifts at very reasonable prices.
The FOCUS FLEA is located at 953 Second St., S.E. (IX building, off of Elliott Ave) in Charlottesville, Va. There is plenty of free parking. We are right next to Blue Wheel Bikes. Directions.

Volunteers Needed
Resource Mothers -to assist our Pregnant and Parenting Teen Program. The Resource Mother makes home visits to teens enrolled in the program on a weekly basis to teach them how to take care of their new families and themselves providing emotional support when needed and linking them to health and social services. Training is provided. Please call Penny Martin-Garland, Director of Youth Programs at (434) 295-8336.

ront Desk Receptionist - 2 hours/day available
Flea Market/Trunk Sales - help stocking and sales on Wednesdays 11:00am to 3:00am, plus one Saturday each month.

Hours and Winter Weather
Our normal hours are 8:30 to 4:30, Monday through Friday. In case of inclement weather, FOCUS follows the Charlottesville city school schedule.
