Classic ads have been sold by students—need to sell many more to make it
worthwhile to print program
Concessions
under way for Fall Sports
Meal plan has
begun for participating students on home football game days
Allocation
for copier may be lower than needed—may be using more toner than standard
amount quoted by the copier company, which is often underestimated
Mrs. Nothnagle brought up need to allocate money for

be performing a free concert on October 29
Money
should be allotted for food—options discussed included ordering pizza or
catered food; having Boosters prepare items for a buffet
Mrs. Nothnagle also discussed promoting the Longwood concert,
which will be in the new auditorium

was a local team, there were more spectators than at other games
There were 2,400
paying customers, about 3,000 people total at the game
Suggestion
that we set up a tent for
