regarding meal plan: Louisa game canceled, money will be given to students ($5.00
each) to make up for this

Printing cost: $1,800
Took in $2,000 from ads; $1,500 from trophies
Paid for 600 programs, received 700 from printer

Boosters and $328.50 for student accounts
8 students total participated, have money in from 7 totaling
$665.

Fundraisers:
Applebee’s does pancake breakfasts. They
provide pancake mix, sausage, coffee, tea, etc.
Juice must be brought in. You
have to do serving.

S. Nothnagle: Need people to come on the 29th of
October for Longwood University Wind
Symphony concert at
Food for
Longwood group—not in the budget.
Discussion re food. Can eat in
commons; use concessions area for prep. Approved
to spend up to $500 for food for Longwood.
Cell phone
recycling as a fundraiser will be discussed at a later date.
