1.
Double Click on the Outlook Icon. Once opened, go to the top menu bar
and choose Tools.

From this menu, select Accounts.

Click on the Mail tab.

Highlight the default mail account name by clicking on it
once.
5.
Click Properties.
6.
In the General tab, the following information should be typed
in:
Name: Your real name (if you want to be identified)
Organization: You need not put any information here if you don't want
to.
E-mail Address: Type your e-mail address here, eg. userID@avenue.org
Reply-to Address: Type your e-mail address here, eg. userID@avenue.org
7.
Click on the Servers tab.
The following information should be typed in:
Outgoing mail: monticello.avenue.org
Incoming mail: monticello.avenue.org
Account name: Enter your username only (not your whole e-mail
address)
Password: Enter password in lowercase letters.
Password will only show as *****

8.
Click on the advanced tab

9.
Check “This server requires a secure connections (SSL)” for both
outgoing and incoming mail.
10.
Click on “OK” to close the window.

Accept the
certificate. (if prompted) |
