Lions Broom Sale

Back by popular demand!

Lions All-Corn Brooms are now once again available. We will have these available at announced dates & times under our white tent at the Scottsville Village Square Shopping Center. All profits from these sales will be used to support Scottsville Lions Projects.

Scottsville Lions will participate in White Cane Day on Friday and Saturday, May 9 and 10, 2008. Lions members plan to be stationed at several locations in Scottsville (IGA, Bank, Dollar General, Post Office, Lumpkins) wearing their yellow aprons and passing out miniature white canes to the public while seeking donations. All proceeds go to the various Lions projects to benefit those with impaired vision, including leader dogs and even white canes. This annual event contibutes a significant portion of the Lions' budget for aid to the blind.

Recycle Cell Phones

Scottsville Lions are now collecting used cell phones for recycling. Money raised by the project will all go to our sight and hearing conservation programs. For more information click here.
