The Artist
Linda Hanson began as Minister of Music at Westminster Presbyterian Church in 1983, and is Music Director of the Organ Concert Series. She earned Bachelor of Music and Master of Sacred Music degrees from Boston University, where she studied with John Ferris and Max Miller. She is a Colleague of the American Guild of Organists and past dean of the Charlottesville/Albemarle chapter. Alice Parker is her composition teacher, and she studies the Alexander Technique with Sandra Bain Cushman. |
